My "famous" pumpkin waffles

Well I call these my famous pumpkin waffles because everyone I've made them for likes them, well besides grandma. And this isn't really "My" recipe either, it's from my favorite vegan cook book Vegan with a Vengeance. I had these along with some yummy "sausages" :)
