2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 cups soy milk
1 15 ounce can 100% pure pureed pumpkin
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup brown or cane sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
Sift together all the dry ingredients. In separate bowl wisk wet ingredients then add to dry and combine well.
